The Reason for the Season

Last night we went to our ward Christmas party and had an awesome time. The highlight of the evening was this video that a very talented ward member and videographer made where he interviewed the primary children (kids under 12) about Christmas. Please watch it and try to catch at least a little bit of the spirit that these children have. I know we did.

Over the Weekend

So we went to Belize with my Mom, Dad and Tyler for Thanksgiving! We had a blast and there are definitely pictures to come but here is a rundown of our weekend after Thanksgiving. It was a good one.
Reunited with our snuggly little Jo.
On Saturday we went Christmas decor shopping at Target and scored an awesome deal on a tree. We're excited to decorate it this weekend! Oh and in the middle is the world's best Christmas candle. But for real. It is amazing.
Mission accomplished!
Both of these pictures are of the puppy sound asleep. She's the cutest.

Happy December everyone!

Adventures in Babysitting

Chris and I watched our favorite 5 kids for a week a little bit ago. This is what it looked like.
Snow days, coloring fests, puzzles, puppy face time, puppy and kid park time, dumpster diving for a lost mail key, and lots of laughs.

Fort Worth

The Fort Worth Stockyards
Wouldn't be Texas without a rodeo!

BYU-TCU and Cowboys Stadium

Really fun game even though we lost.
Touring Cowboys Stadium
In the Press Box
In the Cowboys Locker Room
Standing under the star
Tebowing on the field
Such an amazing stadium.

Dallas

Two weekends ago we headed down to Dallas to meet my parents and Tyler for the BYU-TCU game. None of us had ever been so it was really fun to explore the Dallas area.
Downtown
The JFK Museum and Memorial
Western store adventures. And yes, that's me holding a Horned Frog. Boooooo!

The First Snow

This was a few weeks ago but I just die every time I see little Jo in the snow (she LOVES it) so I had to post. Isn't Colorado beautiful?
